Working out the Laser Hair Removal cost in Tampa is harder than it needs to be, and not because the treatment is complicated. It’s because most studios in this city won’t put a number in front of you until you’re already sitting in their chair, which turns a simple question into an appointment you didn’t want to book yet.
At our Hyde Park studio a single session runs $40 to $250 depending on the size of the area, and every figure is published on our pricing page rather than quoted behind a desk. Citywide, single sessions run roughly $40 to $650, so the spread is wide enough that guessing gets expensive fast.
This post covers what each area costs, what a complete plan adds up to, when the package beats paying per visit, and the four things that move the price between one Tampa studio and the next.
The Price List: Every Area, Published
What a single treatment costs at our Laser Hair Removal studio in Tampa.
Face and neck. Upper lip or chin is $40, neck line front or back is $50, full face is $60, and full face including neck is $100.
Underarms, arms, chest and back. Underarms are $60. Arms from the elbow down are $150, or $200 including upper arms. Shoulders or lower back are $100. Chest and full back are $250 each.
Legs. Half legs, upper or lower, are $175. Full legs are $250.
Bikini and Brazilian. Bikini line is $60, Brazilian is $100, and buttocks are $100.
Smaller areas cost less because they take less time under the handpiece. An upper lip is a few minutes. Full legs is about 30.
What a Full Plan Costs: Session Price Times Plan Length
A single session is only part of the picture, and this is where most cost comparisons fall apart.
Laser only works on hair that is currently in its active growth phase. Providers call that the anagen phase; everyone else calls it the hairs that happen to be growing today. Since your follicles run on independent cycles, each visit catches a different group, which is why one appointment can’t finish the job.
Most areas need 8 to 12 sessions. We start every 6 weeks, then stretch to every 8 as regrowth thins, and most clients finish their initial plan in just over a year.
So the number worth comparing between studios isn’t the session price. It’s the session price multiplied by the plan length, and a studio that won’t tell you the second number hasn’t really told you the first.

Our packages: Ten Sessions for the Price of Seven
For most areas we also offer a package of 10, with loyal client touch up pricing is half off of the single treatment price.
|
Area |
Unlimited 1 Year |
|---|---|
| Underarms, bikini line, or full face | $420 each |
| Brazilian | $700 |
| Half legs | $1,225 |
| Full legs, chest, or full back |
$1,750 each |
Every one of those packages is priced at exactly seven single sessions and you get three free. Underarms at $60 a visit become $420. Full legs at $250 become $1,750. Since most plans run 8 to 12 sessions, the package works out cheaper for nearly everyone. Larger multi-area bundles are priced separately, so ask about those rather than assuming the same arithmetic.
Here’s what that looks like on full legs:
|
Full legs |
Total |
|---|---|
| 8 sessions, paid individually | $2,000 |
| 10 sessions, paid individually | $2,500 |
| 12 sessions, paid individually |
$3,000 |
| Package of 10 | $1,750 |
At 10 sessions the package saves $750 on full legs. On a Brazilian it saves $300. On underarms, $180.
One honest note. Most clients need 8-12 sessions but if you happen to not use all 10 sessions then you will save them for your touch up in the future. The sessions do not expire.
Maintenance After Your Plan: Half Price, Two to Four Times a Year
Hormones, pregnancy, and aging can all trigger some new growth over time, so plan on touch-ups two to four times a year once your initial course is done.
Once you’ve finished a package or 10 single treatments with us, those touch-ups are 50% off our regular single treatment price. That keeps maintaining a result cheap rather than turning it into a fresh commitment every year.
Why Tampa Prices Vary So Much: Four Things Move the Number
The device. The Soprano Titanium fires three wavelengths through one applicator, which is what lets us treat every skin tone at full strength, Fitzpatrick I through VI. Multi-wavelength systems cost more to buy and maintain than older single-wavelength machines, and that shows up in the price.
Who holds the handpiece. A licensed laser therapist adjusting settings for your skin in real time is a different service from a technician running a preset, even when the sign outside is identical.
The size of the area. Legs simply take longer than a lip.
How the studio packages it. Some sell only single sessions. Some only sell packages. Some won’t quote at all until you’re sitting in the chair, which is a pricing strategy rather than a policy.
A low session price attached to a plan length nobody will explain isn’t really a low price.

Laser Against Waxing: The Five-Year Number
For most people, laser wins on cost, and it isn’t close once you extend the timeline.
Run it on your own routine rather than on an average. Take whatever a single wax costs you, multiply by 13 appointments a year, then by five years. Set that against $700 for a Brazilian unlimited year, or $420 for underarms, with half-price touch-ups after that. For most people the comparison stops being close somewhere in year two.
In Tampa the gap runs wider than most places, because beach season here never really ends and neither does the maintenance.
There’s also the time. A waxing appointment every four weeks, indefinitely, adds up to entire days spent on something that was never going to finish.
And if waxing never seemed to get you anywhere, that wasn’t a discipline problem on your part. Waxing removes what’s above the skin and leaves the follicle in place, ready to run the same cycle again. You were buying maintenance. Laser is aimed at the part that regrows, which is why the spending eventually stops.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Nüde Laser publish its prices?
Yes, every area is listed with both the single session price and the unlimited year price. We keep it public because guessing about cost is stressful and it wastes your time and ours. You can read the full list before you ever contact us.
Is the package always cheaper?
Yes, because you purchase a package of 10 sessions for the price of 7. (it is basically purchasing 7 sessions and getting 3 for free!)
Do you charge for a consultation?
No, consultations are free. We look at your skin, talk through the areas you’re considering, and explain what the Soprano Titanium can realistically do for them. We also offer free phone consultations so when you book your appointment you already know the cost and what you will be paying before you come in.
Does Laser Hair Removal cost more for darker skin tones?
No. Price is set by body area and never by skin tone, because the Soprano Titanium fires three wavelengths through one applicator and is suitable for Fitzpatrick types I through VI. Treating deeper skin costs exactly the same as treating any other. Nothing about your plan or your session count changes either.
Can I pay per session instead of buying a package?
Yes, of course. Single sessions are available for every area we treat, with no requirement to commit to a plan first. Most clients start with one session and decide from there.
Next Steps for a Real Number
If you’re pricing this out, four moves get you an accurate figure fast:
- Read the published price list before booking anything, so you arrive already knowing the range
- Multiply the session price by 8 to 12, not by one, when comparing studios
- Ask any studio that won’t quote you why not
- Bring every area you’re considering to the consultation, since bundled areas change the math
Come see us at 316 S Hyde Park Ave and we’ll give you a written price for each area, an honest session count, and the total for a full plan.
