HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL IT TAKE?
Results are seen after the first treatment but to seek permanent hair reduction it will be following 8 to 10 treatments and expect 8-12 treatments in the more hormonal areas. Once the series of treatments are done we recommend maintenance touch ups 2-4 times a year as needed depending on the person.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR LASER HAIR REMOVAL?
We advise you to please ONLY shave all areas you would like treated by the laser the day prior to your appointment. The hair needs to be in the follicle in order for the laser to treat the hair. (Please do not wax or tweeze throughout the laser process)
If you are doing a treatment on your face, you will need to avoid any retinol, retin-a, or any intense topical creams 5-7 days before your treatment.

DOES LASER HAIR REMOVAL HURT?
The treatment using the Soprano Ice laser is virtually PAINLESS! We have been told it feels similar to a warm stone massage with slight tugging on the hairs.

WILL THE LASER WORK IN THE SUMMER ON TANNED SKIN?
Yes! The Soprano ICE works on ALL skin types even tanned! As long as you are not sunburnt then we are able to treat you.

HOW LONG SHOULD I PLAN FOR RECOVERY AFTER MY LASER TREATMENT?
For most of our clients there is no down-time after the laser treatment and for the very few there is a slight redness which goes away in about 15-30 mins after the treatment.
You can come get your treatment during your lunch break and go back to work right after!

WILL THE HAIR BE GONE FOREVER?
Laser hair removal's true definition is permanent hair reduction. Once you have completed your treatments you may go weeks to months without shaving but will still have light hairs that you may need to touch up before the beach or pool. As for laser touch ups most people will need a touch up 2-4 times a year as needed to maintain the results depending on the person.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? ***
Appointment cancellations must be done 24 hours before the appointment. There is a reminder text and email confirmation that is sent out 24 hours before the appointment. A same day cancellation/reschedule/no show is $25 or $50 (Full legs or appointments 1 hour+) that must be paid before rescheduling your next appointment.

What should I experience after microneedling?
The treated area may be pink and mildly inflamed (similar to the
appearance of a mild sunburn) for 24-48 hours following your SkinPen procedure. Most clients will notice skin flaking and peeling starting 3 days after their microneedling treatment. These changes are normally observed when the skin is trying to repair itself.

For best results it's recommended to do a treatment once a month for 3 to 4 months. For maintenance, repeat this once or twice a year.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPERIENCE AFTER MY NüdeGlo FACIAL?
You will leave your appointment feeling plump, hydrated, relaxed and your skin will be glowing. You will get the full effect of the NudeGlo about 3 days after your appointment.

How should I prepare for my facial treatment (microneedling, NüdeGlo or laser hair removal)?
Avoid getting a sunburn
Avoid use of tretinoin, glycolic acid, and salicylic acid 3-7 days prior to treatment.
Avoid waxing and/or use of chemical depilatories for 7 days prior to treatment.
Botox/fillers must be done 2 weeks prior to treatment.
